1. Account Eligibility
To register and maintain an account with CT999Game, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active.
1.1 Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account with CT999Game. The platform is strictly prohibited to minors. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. CT999Game reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend account access pending age verification. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be immediately and permanently closed, and all funds associated with that account will be frozen pending review.
1.2 Geographic Eligibility
CT999Game primarily serves players in Pakistan. It is your responsibility to verify that accessing and using CT999Game is legal in your jurisdiction before registering an account. CT999Game is not responsible for any legal consequences arising from a player accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited or restricted.
1.3 Capacity to Contract
By registering, you confirm that you are of sound mind, acting on your own behalf, and not under the influence of substances that impair your judgement. You confirm that gambling is not illegal in your place of residence and that you are not registering as a representative of, or on behalf of, another person.

2. Account Registration & Verification
Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account with CT999Game. Operating multiple accounts, whether under your own name or another identity, is a serious violation of these terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
2.1 Registration Information
When registering at CT999Game, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. You must update your account information promptly if any of it changes. Providing false registration information is grounds for immediate account closure.
2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)
CT999Game operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process as required by its licensing obligations and anti-money laundering policy. You may be required to provide the following documents before your first withdrawal or at any other time CT999Game deems necessary:
- Copy of your valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card)
- Proof of mobile wallet ownership for Easypaisa or JazzCash accounts used
- Proof of bank account for IBFT transactions
- Selfie photograph for identity confirmation if requested
Documents must be submitted within 72 hours of a verification request. Failure to complete verification will result in a withdrawal hold. CT999Game may refuse to process withdrawals until satisfactory verification is completed.
2.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your CT999Game login credentials. Do not share your password with any third party. CT999Game will never ask for your password by email, chat, or phone. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it. Report any suspected unauthorised access to support@ct999game.ws immediately.
3. Deposits
CT999Game accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Pakistani players. All deposit amounts are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

3.1 Deposit Conditions
All deposits must originate from a payment account or card held in your own name. CT999Game does not accept deposits from third-party accounts, borrowed funds, or accounts belonging to another person. CT999Game does not accept cash deposits under any circumstances.
3.2 Deposit Limits
Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits can be set voluntarily within your CT999Game account settings at any time. Decreases to deposit limits take effect immediately. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period before they take effect, giving you time to reconsider. CT999Game may also apply platform-wide deposit limits to any account as part of its responsible gaming obligations.
Note: CT999Game does not pay interest on player balances and is not a banking institution. Deposited funds that are not used for wagering should not be held on the platform for extended periods — CT999Game recommends withdrawing unused balances promptly.
4. Withdrawals
CT999Game processes withdrawal requests as quickly as possible. Standard withdrawal processing times for Pakistani players are as follows:
- Easypaisa / JazzCash: 3–10 minutes after approval (during 9am–11pm PST)
- NayaPay / SadaPay: 10–30 minutes after approval
- Bank IBFT: 30 minutes to 4 hours after approval
- Visa / Mastercard: 2–24 hours after approval
4.1 Withdrawal Requirements
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification — players who have not completed identity verification will not be able to withdraw funds until verification is complete. CT999Game reserves the right to request additional documentation for any withdrawal that triggers its internal risk assessment procedures.
4.2 Withdrawal Method Policy
Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the deposit to the account, in accordance with CT999Game's anti-money-laundering policy. If a player used multiple deposit methods, withdrawals will be distributed proportionally to those methods. Players wishing to withdraw to a different method must contact CT999Game support and complete any additional verification required.
4.3 Bonus Balance vs. Real Balance
Bonus funds that have not yet met their wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. CT999Game's balance is divided between real money (freely withdrawable) and bonus money (subject to wagering). Players can view the breakdown in their account wallet section. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before wagering requirements are met will result in automatic forfeiture of the bonus amount.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
CT999Game offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. Each individual promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published on the Promotions page. The general bonus terms set out below apply to all CT999Game promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise.
5.1 Wagering Requirements
All bonuses carry a wagering requirement — the total amount you must bet before the bonus and any winnings from it become withdrawable. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x means if you received a Rs 1,000 bonus, you must wager Rs 30,000 in total before withdrawal). Specific wagering requirements for each promotion are stated in the promotion's individual terms on the CT999Game Promotions page.
5.2 Game Contribution Rates
Not all games at CT999Game contribute equally to wagering requirements. Standard contribution rates are as follows:
- Slots & Crash Games: 100% contribution
- Live Casino (Blackjack, Baccarat, Roulette): 10% contribution
- Live Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Dragon Tiger: 15% contribution
- Card Games (RNG): 20% contribution
- Jackpot Games: 5% contribution
5.3 Bonus Abuse
CT999Game has a zero-tolerance policy for bonus abuse. Actions that CT999Game considers bonus abuse include but are not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using wagering patterns designed to reduce risk without completing the spirit of wagering requirements (such as placing opposing bets), and providing false information to claim an offer. Any player found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their account closed and all balances forfeited.
Check before you claim: Bonus terms on ct999game are written in plain language and are published before any opt-in is required. Always read the specific promotion terms — particularly the wagering requirement, expiry date, and minimum qualifying deposit — before you accept a bonus.
6. Gameplay Rules
All games available on CT999Game are governed by their individual game rules, which are displayed within each game environment. The following general gameplay terms apply across the entire CT999Game platform.
6.1 Game Integrity
All RNG (Random Number Generator) games at CT999Game use certified random number generation that has been independently tested and verified by third-party technical auditing bodies. The outcome of every RNG game is entirely random and cannot be influenced by CT999Game, its employees, or any external party. Live casino games are operated by licensed professional studio providers — outcomes are determined by genuine physical processes (card draws, wheel spins) observed live on camera.
6.2 Technical Malfunctions
In the event of a technical malfunction — including but not limited to server errors, connection failures, or game software errors — CT999Game reserves the right to void any bets affected by the malfunction. CT999Game will make all reasonable efforts to ensure affected players are not financially disadvantaged by genuine technical faults. However, CT999Game is not liable for losses resulting from a player's own internet connection failure, device malfunction, or power outage.
6.3 Bet Limits
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games. These limits are displayed within the game lobby and within the game environment itself before you place a bet. CT999Game reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time. VIP players may have access to enhanced bet limits by arrangement with the ct999game VIP team.
7. Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on CT999Game. Any player found to have engaged in any of these activities will have their account immediately suspended and may have their balance forfeited pending investigation.
Operating multiple accounts
Using automated software or bots
Collusion with other players
Chargebacks or payment reversals
Bonus abuse or wagering manipulation
Money laundering through the platform
Providing false identity information
Accessing CT999Game using a VPN to circumvent geographic restrictions
Accessing the platform as a minor or allowing a minor to use your account
CT999Game employs automated systems to detect prohibited conduct and conducts regular manual account reviews. Players who receive a formal warning for prohibited conduct and repeat the behaviour will be permanently banned. CT999Game cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in cases involving fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
8. Responsible Gaming
CT999Game takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously. The following tools are available to every registered player and can be activated from within your account settings at any time without requiring support contact.
- Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 48-hour review period.
- Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you can lose in a given time period. Once reached, further bets are blocked until the limit period resets.
- Session Time Reminders: Receive automated reminders at intervals you set — useful for managing time spent on the platform.
- Reality Checks: On-screen prompts showing your net win/loss position for the current session at regular intervals.
- Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily block yourself from the platform for a defined period (1 week, 1 month, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent). Self-exclusion is immediate and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

9. Account Suspension & Closure
9.1 Closure by Player
You may close your CT999Game account at any time by contacting support at support@ct999game.ws. Any real money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method within 5–10 business days, provided your account is in good standing and KYC verification is complete. Bonus balances and bonus winnings will be forfeited upon account closure.
9.2 Suspension or Closure by CT999Game
CT999Game may suspend or permanently close any player account under the following circumstances, among others: violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions; failure to complete KYC verification within the required period; suspected fraudulent activity; receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute; reasonable suspicion of money laundering; a court order or instruction from a regulatory authority; or if CT999Game reasonably believes that the player's continued use of the platform poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players.
9.3 Balance During Closure
If CT999Game closes an account due to a violation of these terms, CT999Game reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that no funds are tainted by the violation, the clean balance will be returned. Balances derived from prohibited conduct will be forfeited in their entirety.
10. Limitation of Liability
CT999Game provides its platform and services on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CT999Game excludes all warranties, conditions, and representations, whether express or implied, relating to the platform or its services.
CT999Game shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from: your use of or inability to use the platform; any technical malfunction or interruption of service; decisions you make based on information provided on the platform; losses arising from gambling that was not covered by a valid bonus or promotion; or any indirect, consequential, or special loss or damage of any kind.
Nothing in these terms limits CT999Game's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. CT999Game's total aggregate liability to you in any 12-month period shall not exceed the total net deposits you have made to your ct999game account during that same 12-month period.
11. Privacy & Data Protection
CT999Game collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which can be read in full at ct999game.ws/privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
CT999Game uses your data to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and communicate with you about your account and about promotions (if you have opted in to marketing communications). CT999Game does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data shared with payment processors, live dealer studio providers, and regulatory bodies is done so only to the extent necessary for those purposes.
12. Amendments to These Terms
CT999Game may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated terms will be published at ct999game.ws/terms-conditions and the "Last Updated" date at the top of the document will be revised. Players will be notified of material changes by email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the new terms take effect for existing accounts.
Your continued use of CT999Game after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you must stop using the platform and request account closure before the amendment takes effect. CT999Game is not obligated to reinstate bonuses or other benefits that may have been available under a previous version of the terms.
